Embarking on a March adventure: 🏃🏾♀️ Lace up those sneakers, because this month is all about the walk, jog, or run challenge! Let's turn each step into a stride of triumph. Whether you're strolling through the park, jogging with a playlist that rivals a concert, or sprinting like you're in a race against time – every move counts. Share your progress, tag your running buddies, and let's make March a month of fitness and fun! 🌟
Here's the plan: Beginner Running Workout Plan
Athlete Type:

Warm-up:
3-minute brisk walk
3 dynamic stretches
The Work:
On Days 1 and 31, you will start with a warm-up and then complete a timed 1.5-mile test. The test will be your baseline measurement on day 1, and then on day 31, you can see how much you improved. The goal is to decrease the time it takes you to complete 1.5 miles.
Each Progression has a RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) range, remember to always do what is best for you
