START WITH DATA. UNDERSTAND PERFORMANCE. MOVE WITH PURPOSE.
SPORT SCIENCE TESTING FOR ATHLETES & TEAMS
The game is getting faster. Guesswork should not guide development.
At CMJ Performance & Sport Science, we evaluate how athletes move, produce force, accelerate, decelerate, and perform to provide objective data and practical recommendations for athletes, parents, and coaches.

WHAT WE DO
Most Athletes Never Measure What Actually Impacts Performance
Athletic performance is more than effort alone. Without objective testing, development decisions are often based on assumptions of measurable data.
-
Sprint times reveal acceleration qualities
-
Jump testing helps identify power and reactive ability
-
Movement assessments can uncover inefficiencies and asymmetries
-
Performance data helps guide smarter development decisions
At CMJ Performance & Sport Science, evaluation comes before recommendation.
We provided structured sport science testing and practical feedback athletes, parents, and coaches can use to support long-term development.

Before recommendations are made, we evaluate:
-
Movement strengths and limitations
-
Sprint mechanics and acceleration qualities
-
Force production and landing characteristics
-
Readiness for higher performance demands

-
Jump performance and reactive strength characteristics
-
Movement efficiency and asymmetries
-
Performance qualities that transfer to sport
Objective testing to support long-term athlete development.
Because athlete development should be guided by measurable data and practical- not assumptions.

HIGH PERFORMANCE REQUIRES
MORE THAN TRAINING
Athlete development is influenced by more than speed, strength, or power alone.
Performance is shaped by how athletes train, recover, sleep, fuel, and adapt over time. Testing provides valuable insight, but the data should always be interpreted within the context of the complete athlete.
At CMJ Performance & Sport Science, we recognize four foundational pillars that support long-term athletic performance:
-
Training & Movement Quality
-
Recovery & Sleep
-
Nutrition & Hydration
-
Monitoring & Performance Evaluation
When these areas work together, athletes are better prepared to develop, adapt, and perform consistently over time.
Sustainable performance is built through consistent development, recovery, and informed decision-making.
THE PROCESS
PERFORMANCE DATA SHOULD LEAD TO CLEARER DECISIONS
Testing is not just about collecting numbers - it is about understanding how those results apply to athlete development and sport performance.
Our evaluation process helps athletes, parents, and coaches better understand:
Current performance qualities
Areas that may limit efficiency or transfer to sport
How the athlete compares over time through re-testing
Where future development may be prioritized
Athlete earn the right to progress to advanced training
Performance reports are designed to provide practical insight that supports communication between athletes, families, coaches, and training staff.
Coaches & training staff focus on what they do best- coaching and let us to collect and interpret the information for them to take action on.
